“LET’S TRANSFORM” is the 2022 program concept of ITD Group. The new journey begins with a spirit of enthusiasm and energy. This outing trip will kick-off the working spirit of the company members after a long WFH season.

Besides, this is also a journey connecting generations in the company together. At ITD, there will be no concept of Gen X, Gen Y, Gen Z, instead there is the “ITD” generation - a generation that keeps up with trends, is willing to play hard but still enthusiastic and dedicated to work.

Gathering at the ITD building from 6am, all members of the ITD family are excited for a journey of discovery and overcoming challenges with game building games. This is an opportunity for you to show your transformation, explore, learn new things, improve team spirit, and unite to succeed in many activities and programs throughout the trip.

After nearly 3 hours, the bus took us to Huong Phong beach - Ho Coc. The first image that caught our eyes was the cool blue color of the beach, the fresh green trees, and the bright yellow sunshine of the summer day. Each member brings their own energy and personality, coming together to create vibrant highlights for the program—filling the event with hearty laughter, lifting the spirit, and encouraging everyone to truly let loose. After the Teambuilding program, we will have many different perspectives on each other, and understand each other even better. Together, we create motivation to be able to accompany each other for a long time in the future. Hugs, laughter, sweat and happiness. Each emotion is condensed, creating an unforgettable impression in each person's mind. At the end of the trip, we hope you will have more positive energy to complete your work well.
