In August 2024, the consortium of ITD Technology Corporation (ITD), Tri Nam, and VVT—in which ITD served as the lead contractor with a 50% share—was awarded a VND 145 billion contract for the installation of an Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system.

The project covers the design, supply, and installation of the ETC system under the Investment Project for the Additional Construction of 21 ETC Lanes at existing toll stations along the Hà Nội – Hải Phòng Expressway, as well as the tolling systems at the Tân Phúc – Bãi Sậy (National Highway 38), Provincial Road 392, and Provincial Road 390 interchanges connected to the expressway.
