The Dien Chau – Bai Vot Expressway is one of the 11 key projects under the Eastern North–South Expressway, a national infrastructure initiative of strategic importance. The project significantly shortens travel time from Hanoi to Nghe An to approximately 3.5 hours instead of over 5 hours, easing traffic congestion on National Highway 1 and promoting socio-economic development in Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and the broader North Central region.

This is a key national transportation infrastructure project that has attracted numerous bidders. With unwavering commitment, along with proven expertise and execution capabilities, ITD was trusted and selected by the client to design, supply, and install the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system with a total contract value of nearly VND 24 billion. The project was completed in the third quarter of 2024.
